We offer two ways to shop:
Ready to Ship
A small selection of our most loved designs, handcrafted in advance and ready to go.
– Dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)
– Free next-day Special Delivery across the UK

Made to Order
Most of our jewellery is intentionally made to order, meaning each piece is crafted just for you.
– Please allow up to 1 week for dispatch
– Free UK standard delivery included (approx. 2–3 working days from dispatch)
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Orders are sent with tracking and require a signature on delivery.
We currently only ship within the UK.
Delivery times may vary slightly, especially during busy periods or bank holidays.

We hope you love your erJ pieces, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/ unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email hello@erjlondon.com. Please note that all returns must be sent via a tracked method of post, covered to the value of the item you are returning. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with any returned parcel lost in the post. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.

We specialise in timeless, high-quality designs crafted to last, helping minimise consumption. While we make and design each piece for durability, wear and tear are natural, and even the most resilient items can experience damage. That’s why we offer a complimentary 3-year warranty with every purchase. Please get in touch if you need further information
